DAY 2

And on the second day all the group travelled from Almada to Arrábida mountain, a gorgeous area embroidered by a clear blue sea and lush green trees and bushes. 




On arrival, everyone was directed to their bedrooms and tasks were distributed to all the teams. 


Portugal was in charge of the first lunch and the cooperation of some of the local parents was fundamental. 


After lunch everyone walked down to the beautiful cave right by the sea and enjoyed the proximity of the sea. Great photos were taken at this lovely location. 



Back from the cave it was time to get dinner ready and the  polish team was in charge .




After a delicious dinner, everyone gathered and the first of several un-programmed dancing parties  started. 

 
Time to go to bed as the next day would be full of adventures.

Day 4

And on the 4th day, 3rd in Arrábida, the whole group spent the day at the beach, the beautiful "Figueirinha" . The day started with numerous activities in the sea. The students and teachers totally enjoyed the warm and clear sea .  Lunch time consisted of sandwiches, snacks, fruit and juices. In the afternoon everyone continued enjoying the beach and before leaving Mauro offered everyone a Yoga session. This activity helped everybody relax interact and prepare for the evening.  After a great dinner prepared by the Greek and Latvian teams, everyone got ready for the "White sunset party". It was a time for the whole group dressed in white to have fun, enjoy each others company and to dance the nigh away. From start to end this event was the perfect ending for this 4 day adventure in this unforgettable location. We are sure everyone will keep the memory of these days forever.

Day 5

And it was time to leave but before the whole place had to be cleaned and brought to its original shape.  After a critical breakfast with some items already missing and the Portuguese team having to manage all the necessary tasks, the whole group collaborated to clean and tidy up the whole building. Every single inch was done and finally everyone left to go back to Almada.  It was then time to get the school canteen ready for the final party.  While the Portuguese team and many host parents helped prepare the space, the foreign teams took some time to visit Almada, do some sightseeing and were received by the local Mayor.  The final party was an event that will stay in everyone's memories forever. From parents to students to teachers, everybody had so much fun and the feeling of belonging dominated the whole group. Day 3

After a nice breakfast prepared by the Greek team, the group was divided into three teams and each one started a different workshop. Eco-printing on t-shirts,  handmade soap    pin drawing and making. All the teams made the three workshops. Then, lunch time came and it was a job for the Turkish team.  After lunch the group visited the local navy museum and people were mesmerised by the view from the museum-  The rest of the afternoon was spent relaxing on the beach as the Italian team prepared dinner.
